Lisa graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelors in Health and Physical Education in 2017. She still enjoys being a personal trainer and helping others fall in love with fitness. Lisa enjoys spending time with her three pups, Bo and Brew, and Teddy. They spend weekends in the sun, hiking and kayaking.
